By using the IGUANA Premium EV Care website or any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

IGUANA Premium EV Care provides specialized services in professional care and protection for electric vehicles, including: Paint Protection Film (PPF), Window Tinting, Nano Ceramic Coating, Paint Correction & Polishing, Interior Detailing, EV Accessories, and EV Charger Installation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time. All services are subject to availability and company discretion.

All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The full amount must be paid before or upon service delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and online payment.

You can book an appointment through our website, WhatsApp, or phone. Bookings are considered confirmed only after confirmation by our team. The vehicle must be brought at the scheduled time. In case of a delay exceeding 30 minutes without prior notice, the booking may be cancelled or rescheduled. We reserve the right to refuse any booking without explanation.

You can cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without any fees. Cancellation within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service value. In case of no-show without notice, the full amount paid may be retained. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days via the same original payment method.

We provide warranties on our products and services according to the terms of each product or service. Warranties cover manufacturing defects in materials or installation. The warranty does not cover: damage resulting from accidents, scratches from sharp tools, misuse, use of inappropriate cleaning materials, or any modification outside the scope of our services. Proof of purchase must be provided to claim the warranty.

The customer undertakes to: provide accurate and truthful information about the vehicle, inform the team of any pre-existing defects or issues, remove valuable personal belongings from the vehicle before service, follow post-service care instructions, not park the vehicle in prohibited areas, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Company is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings left in the vehicle.

All content displayed on our website, including but not limited to: text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and designs, is the exclusive property of IGUANA Premium EV Care and is protected under copyright and trademark laws in the United Arab Emirates and internationally. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission from the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGUANA Premium EV Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably first through direct negotiation.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after posting changes means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using our services.
